15" PAIR PACK: Dual Velocker SPORT 15" Cargo Carriers - For Standard Frame Bikes   DESCRIPTION:Each of the carrier boxes will come with a lockable lid that is removable yet secure. Inside the Velocker:  Each Velocker will come with a standard neoprene lid gasket, Neoprene Bottom Liner and built-in Carrying handle. D-Rings (for tie-downs) are also available for an additional charge.       SHIPPING:  We are now shipping production models of the Velocker. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. And if you are in the San Diego, CA, USA area you have the option to skip the shipping and come pick up your box at our offices at the Shelter Island Marina.
